CHEESY SUNDRIED TOMATO BREAD

This crispy cracker is so simple to make.
It's perfect for serving with cheese or dip, or simply on it's own.
Only 3 ingredients and 15-20 minutes! 

YOU WILL NEED:
A pack of Lebanese or pita pocket bread
Sun-dried tomato pesto
Fresh grated parmesan cheese


1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper


2. Spread the bread with sundries tomato pesto, ensuring the whole bread is covered


3. Sprinkle the bread in parmesan cheese and pop in the oven for 15minutes or until golden brown and crunchy all over



4. Move the bread from the oven tray onto a cooling wire. It only takes a few minutes to cool. 

5. Slice the bread in half with a sharp knife and the cut into long triangles. 
And voila! 



** Hello again! I recently tried this recipe again but used fresh rosemary with a little bit of crushed garlic and a drizzle of olive oil. Was amazing!
