5 ways to feel better

Some days, we cannot control how we feel. We can wake up feeling horrible, or simply have a terrible day. Sometimes we don't like what we look like, or miss our love ones.  Whatever the reason is, follow these tips to feel better.

1. GO OUTSIDE
Go for a walk or run outside and breathe in some fresh air. 
Exercising releases good endorphins that naturally make you feel good.

2. SMILE

As soon as you smile it sends a different message to your brain, making you feel happier already! And smiling is contagious. If you smile at someone, I'm sure they will smile back.

3. GO FOR A SWIM
When I jump into the ocean, I feel like it washes away all my worries and takes the weight off my shoulders. There is something about being in water that relaxes you body. If you don't live near the sea, then a shower or bath is just as good. Especially if that bath has bubbles!

4. BE KIND
You may be having what feels like the worst day of your life, but instead of bringing someone else down with you, say something nice to them. Whether they are wearing a nice top or doing a great job, just them know. It will instantly make you feel better about yourself, plus I'm sure one day they will say something nice back to you. It's always incredibly rewarding doing something nice for someone.

5. TREAT YOURSELF
We all need to spoil ourselves every now and then... Whether it's wearing your favourite clothing, eating your favourite meal, going out and buying yourself something that you've wanted for awhile or seeing your favourite person. Just do it. Treat yourself. Because you deserve it. Buy yourself flowers and chocolate and put on your favourite movie and get your best friend over and indulge.
